Returns and Exchanges Policies for Wilson Connectivity
Wilson Connectivity products are built and tested in our Utah facility to ensure the highest levels of quality, performance, and safety. While product issues are rare, we recognize that adjustments or replacements may occasionally be necessary. Our team is committed to providing a smooth and efficient return experience.
All returns and exchanges require a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) submitted by an authorized Wilson Connectivity representative. RMA requests are typically processed within three business days. In select cases, a prepaid FedEx shipping label may be issued at the discretion of our sales support team.
No Questions Asked Return Policy
Wilson Connectivity offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. Once received at our processing facility, returns are generally completed within 5–7 business days. Our Exchange Policy
If the product isn’t working and is still under warranty, it can be exchanged for a new or refurbished item. The sender will be required to pay for the cost of shipping to return the item to us. It typically takes 5 to 10 business days for the new item to be received. Contact the authorized Wilson Connectivity dealer where the product was purchased or reach out to our customer support team with proof of purchase to begin the exchange.

Our Warranties
All Wilson Connectivity products are protected by a 2-year warranty included with purchase—no additional fees, just reliable coverage and support from day one.
- The 2-Year Warranty
Each Wilson Connectivity product includes a 2-year warranty. If a product becomes nonfunctional within two years from the date of purchase, the customer support team will assist in troubleshooting the issue. If the product cannot be repaired, it may be returned for an exchange. Shipping costs for returning the item are the responsibility of the sender. - Out of Warranty Return
In cases where a product fails after the warranty period has expired, Wilson Connectivity may accept select items as an out-of-warranty return. A 20% discount toward a future Wilson Connectivity purchase will be offered. Additional details are available through authorized Wilson representatives or the customer support team.
Limitation of Warranty
Wilson Connectivity’s money-back guarantee and warranties are no longer valid if we determine the product has been damaged by the buyer, integrator, or end-user. If proof of purchase can’t be supplied, the serial number on the product will be used to determine if the warranty applies. Failure to use appropriate electrical connections will void any warranty. After 90 days from purchase, products may be replaced with a refurbished item that has been recertified to meet exact product specifications. Wilson Connectivity honors all warranties on products and services offered by our authorized dealers and certified integrators. However, we cannot honor a warranty on a product purchased from an unauthorized representative or on a product with a damaged or removed factory serial number. These policies are subject to change and enforced at the discretion of Wilson Connectivity customer support team.
